This week, we're featuring Theo Lumanta,

Web Orders Specialist, whose nearly three-year

journey at SLC Activewear has been shaped

by adaptability, perseverance, and a

commitment to continuous growth.

Hi Team,

I would like to take this opportunity 

to express my sincere appreciation

for the journey I have had with SLC Activewear

over the past almost three years.

 

Looking back, my time with the company 

has been a meaningful chapter of growth,

learning, and resilience. Like any worthwhile

journey, my experience here has come with

both highs and lows. There were moments

of challenge that tested my patience,

adaptability, and problem-solving skills, 

as well as moments of success that

reminded me why I am proud to be part

of this organization.

 

Through these ups and downs, I learned

the value of accountability, consistency,

and staying committed even when things

were uncertain. Professionally, SLC Activewear

has helped me grow not only in skills but also

in mindset. I have become more confident

in taking ownership of my work, more effective

in communication and collaboration,

and more flexible in navigating change.

I learned how important teamwork

is in achieving shared goals, and

how continuous improvement, even

in small steps, creates long-term impact.

 

On a personal level, 

this experience has strengthened my resilience

and work ethic. I have learned to accept feedback

with an open mind, to reflect on mistakes

as learning opportunities, and to celebrate

progress rather than perfection. The challenges

I encountered shaped me into a more grounded

and dependable professional.

 

I am truly grateful for the trust, opportunities,

and lessons SLC Activewear has given me.

The growth I've experienced here will stay with

me, regardless of where my career path
